I should doodle more often. Yes, I have said these words many times. I like drawing; I love drawing, except for when I paint. If you give me a pencil and tell me to sketch an idea first, I’ll want an eraser. Then, idea after idea, perfection appears.

Sometimes I want to be a kid again and use crayons. I am not sure why, but I don’t like crayons.

Now that I think of it, it’s easy to pick up a pencil and draw. Some people call it doodling. Some people call it sketching. Some people call it drawing. If I’m waiting somewhere, I can get out my notebook and draw. There was a lovely afternoon at a museum. I wandered around the gardens. I drew the flowers that I saw. I’ll make sure to pack my sketchbook when I go next week.

Drawing is the easy part. It’s the SEO, titles, and descriptions that I’m sick of. Yet I’m here working hard on my art, creating with intention and practicing mindfulness. There’s room for all of us! I have had sales and more to come! I’ll share more in my monthly post.
