A Painted Garden has always been about doing what I love and, through that passion, finding the peace that I need to go out there in the world and do what I want to do.

The bigger question is: what do I want to make? Have you asked yourself that question lately? What do you want to do? We all have an idea, but our minds deter us from what we want.

I want to build a creative business selling digital art and physical products, build my blog, and a creative circle. I want financial freedom. Lately I have been spending time thinking about prosperity and my art. I love art! If I can create a life from that, why not?

I want to feel the breeze and dance with ease.

The flower painting above is about wandering in a garden. It can be a warm day, and then you catch a breeze, and it feels so good. You may think about some of your worries, and somehow you are comforted. There is always the warm orange color representing friendship. It’s like the flowers whisper it’s ok dance; I got your back, I’m here. I love you! This really is the reason why I paint and what I want my creative business to give others.

I want to make colorful art and be me. I’ve been on Pinterest a lot lately and sharing my work. I’m about to go to Hobby Lobby and browse around all of the pretty little things that catch my eye. Then I will come home and paint flowers! I have tons of ideas.

I just wanted to write this post to express how grateful I am for the comments I get from time to time. Thank you for reading, commenting, and being here! Art has always been my constant. I’ve always been optimistic and try to be helpful. Sure, I have made mistakes, but I am growing and learning.
