And that’s exactly why I had to paint with this green! Sure, I have mixed greens. My favorite is a gold green.

Now that I see these colors, oh my, I love blues too! I was in a room today, and the decor was a beautiful aqua blue.
Here are the lovely paintings with this green.

Everything about these blooms was playful! I used a contour makeup brush to paint the background. The background was one yellow color. Then I painted over it. I was thinking gold green. Aqua? I started with yellow flowers. Daffodils. Those Daffodils turned into pink wildflowers. I think these pink flowers will look good in a gold frame.
Ok, time to cook dinner and then decide if I want to change this painting. I do and want more of the blue I saw in the room today. Yes, that blue on my website! Oh, and in that room, there was a book cover with the following words.
Sharing her love of nature with the world.
Oh my goodness, that’s me! I’m her. Suddenly, everything came together. That is what I am doing with my art. I paint flowers. I wrote a book about my curiosity about animals. Wandering in gardens and herbs that heal the body. I want it all with the vibe of Anthropologie!
Maybe this design will not make the shop, but I have an idea! Lots of them, really! I’m just getting started. Hope you are doing well! Ok, so I’m going to go for it with this painting. I’ll post the final on my Instagram
As always, thank you for reading. A Painted Garden is about kindness and wildflowers.
