Ralph Waldo Emerson’s Quote comes to mind.
“To be yourself in a world constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
I went to a craft store and bought some beautiful paper. Let me see if I can create a positive message. I came up with “Paint Your Heart Out.”
Here we go!

What is it that you love? Surround yourself with it. There is nothing like nature and the peace it always offers. It is a hug.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Look at all the flowers in nature. How can you not love and respect your unique beautiful flaws? That’s my point they are not flaws.

I never added this to my shop. I don’t have it anymore either but the idea is believing in what seems impossible is always a beautiful life. Let me take a photo of this and recreate it at work tomorrow. Yes!

Let go of all the noisy negative thoughts. You know that dream you have, you know the words I would do this if only…do it!

These two ideas go together. Sometimes the world seems to be saying us and them. We are one. There is enough love and money for all of us and yet there is such a divide. In class, I always say how wonderful it is when we work together.

Ok so here is a little humor. I read this quote about taking a day off from work not because you are sick but because you are well and why waste that day at work. I am laughing as I write this but yes why not schedule a mental wellness day where you take off to take care of yourself and have fun. I am today, so sh. When the crazy comes you will have the patience you need and move forward.
This is not a positive message, but a lovely color and my signature roses are a reminder to embrace my style.

I am scrolling through my gallery and there are tons of positive messages. I have linked all of the art featured in this post to my shop in case you want to purchase it. The holidays are here and maybe my art will make a great gift. There is a sale going on. I usually don’t mention my shop afraid of what people will think. I am selling my art and need to share that.
I hope that you enjoyed this post. Let me know which poster is your favorite.
