I have never considered a journal a tool. An Art journal helps you show up and get to your best work. I never had a journal because the thought of paying $20-$30 for a journal meant that I had to be good. My journal was free and even better. I truly felt free to try all of my tools. Sure, I had a plan to fill it with flowers and testing tools. Mostly I showed up. The work is not good or bad. I love the colors here.

This arrangement speaks to my spirit. This idea came from within. My work more than ever expresses how nature makes me feel. There is this grand peace and wholeness. I’m getting positive feedback. Suzanne Allard was on my mind at the beginning. From then on it was bliss. I’m working on a lessons-learned post with a slideshow idea pin for Pinterest.

Thank you for being a blooming beauty!

Mireya
