I painted these four years ago and hardly remember the square and rectangle swatches. I remember taking the notes and painting flowers. I love the different pinks and the simple flower style.

Oh, I love this palette. Yes, mixing pinks is one of my heart’s desires. Orange and teal are my other colors.

I like to add a little warm white to my pinks.

This palette is my favorite! We have pinks, peach, yellow, and these teal colors. This is the color I live for. This palette is art.

I am going to take a painting I thought was done and rework the pink and add a little orange. (Painting on the left)

I have my ideas of the kinds of pinks I want to add. This is the painting session I am talking about. All this reminds me of the pinks I mixed using a tiny amount of raw sienna. That was a wonderful discovery! Wait a minute, these pinks were created with a touch of raw sienna! Warm color warms my heart.

Color is just one way that makes my life better. I keep wanting to share what makes my world better. We forget to do that sometimes. It is important, especially in these times when one can easily get lost in doubt and fear; we need to hold onto what makes us light up.
