I want to take a stroll through my old project, and today it’s this moon project. I think I had an idea. I decided to turn the moon into a flower. Sometimes it’s nice to reflect on the good. You may not see it at first, especially through rough times, but good is always there.

Oh right, I wrote a poem for my moon poster! Let’s read it!

Moon Poem

Without a dark sky there is no glowing moon.

To my heart, my mind, my soul, BOON

No dream too big

No matter the season there’ll always be a fig

The way you glow

Prosperity, I have it, I know!

Oh my, I love my moon poem! I tweaked it a little because my writing and art get better the more I make them.

I get caught up in the talk, in the way things ought to be. Then I look up at the stars, and they shine so bright. How is it that Stars are so far away, yet they light up the sky, my heart and my mind?

Here’s the finished poster that is now in my shop.

This poster combines both of my loves: flowers and the moon. I can be in my thoughts, look up at the moon, and suddenly feel light. I can be wandering in a garden, and everything is possible.

Summer is such a wonderful time to sit outside, gaze up at the moon, and tell her your dreams. This reminds me of seeking this in movies and, of course, my own experience.

Wherever you are, I hope you make time to gaze up at the moon and stars. Know that you are loved. Looking up at the moon reminds me that I am more than day-to-day. I am love and abundance!
