I have lots of quotes that I live by. The words may be from a song or my favorite book, and when I listen or speak them, I feel a sense of that’s me! What’s a quote that you live by? How does it make you feel?

Take your favorite words and write them on paper, or paint something with the words. Then you can place your art somewhere you can see it often.

I like to take it slow and wander around a garden or sometimes around town. You notice what’s always been there, but now you see it and appreciate it! I love to dance. Sometimes the words make me cry. It’s good to have a good cry sometimes. Oh, but when I put on my favorite songs, I move and suddenly feel lighter. Most of all, I love a good book and art! I can get lost in a book. I love the days when I paint for hours.

Sunsets, oh my goodness, don’t even get me started on the moon and the stars! I am a nature lover. As I write these words, I see the beautiful purple-blue skies, and the sun is going down. I hear the birds and see the breeze. It is calming and good for my soul!
