Simplify, slow down, be kind. And don’t forget to have art in your life – music, paintings, theater, dance, and sunsets. -Eric Carle

Oh, how these words speak to me at this very moment!
Simplify because why make things complicated? When it comes to art, anything goes, and you can use what you have. It’s a challenge and a thrill.
Painting helps you slow down and enjoy the finer moments in life. Because the finer moments in life are listening to the birds, feeling the warmth of the sun, sitting, and with every breath knowing that you are a magnet for miracles and abundance. Oh, and painting with a makeup brush is awesome too! That is on my list.
Be kind. You have to always be kind. Helping others makes you feel good. Helping yourself makes you feel good!
Art is my peace. Oh my goodness, Austin Kleon is releasing a new book called” Don’t Call It Art.” I am excited for the book! It’s all about creating things and igniting that child within who wants to come out and play! Yes, what I have been making these days has been loose, abstract, and soft colors of pink and orange.

I have been working really hard on my shops, but really, it’s been as simple as showing up to paint and having fun! Being in the moment and entertaining my curiosity. More of this life! I am happy to announce that I have one sale. Yes, someone purchased, it’s a beautiful world design!

See the design here.
I am grateful! Thank you for being here. I have much more I am working on. Always do.
