For the first time in forever, I painted! Let’s be real, all through this adventure called life, art is on my mind. Art is the way I think and the way I move forward. Art is my peace. Even though I didn’t physically paint, I doodled and thought about art.

I grabbed my small journal and mixed up some blues. A big, beautiful, blue flower? That is what I wanted. For faith. For abundance. For the mindfulness. I definitely need and want. Mark my words. We are going places!

The other tools I used were Posca markers, a yellow marker, my watercolors, of course, and Anakin, the new cat. I’m a dog lover who’s fallen for a cat. How did that happen? He sat there, looking at the color palette, all mesmerized, just as I was. I painted the big flower first, and then I had to paint a vase.
