A few days ago, I answered a WordPress prompt about what I want people to think about me. Here was my response. I was so I don’t care what people think of me. I am artist and a big part of how I think and what I do comes from my art.
I am thinking about what Austin Kleon calls the so what test? What purpose do I have for publishing my content? What is it that I want to do and say with my work?

What do I get from making art?
Practically everything! I love the creative process. Art is my peace. It is the path of peace that leads to all areas of my life. I could be in a bad mood and then the moment I start painting it’s like what was I so upset about.
My creative process, the way I hold the brush and certainly my ideas, no one can take that from me.

Do we all have a peace, a center that creates the path to all else in our lives? Probably. Yes, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People talks about that.
The So What Test
Why do I share my art? I like sharing my cabinet of curiosities. It’s nice to connect with other souls who share the same experience.
My Plans
I want to share my creative process and my cabinet of curiosities. If my blog helps others bloom no matter the season, good!
Changes will be and are good.
