Painting gives me freedom. Painting is my peace. In this post, we are going to talk about the benefits of painting. Hopefully all of my posts encourage you in a positive way and or make you want to keep creating your art.

What gives me a breeze?

Painting is my breeze. Life is a breeze when I paint. I can walk among the trees, be cold in thought and suddenly the warmth of the sun makes my spirit dance. In that moment I am equilibrium. I am free. Then there’s the times when I see the petals of a rose breezing in the sun. It’s these little details that make life a breeze, a breath of fresh air. Oh, but going back to those words of warmth and making my spirit dance. i felt the same way as I paint with my Liquitex Quinacridone Magenta. I was like wow me and you, we are going places!

This is my rhythm that reminds me that we are truly one. We are wildflowers blooming together.

What gives you a breeze?

First of all, let me just say that I am by no means an expert at giving life advice. I am not. Here I am just working on my art and sharing all nature and how painting makes me feel. It is important to take time out for yourself. Go for a walk, read something good, or begin a cup of tea ritual. You can paint! This type of self-love can help you in other areas of your life. I know that painting and working on this blog helps me have patience, love and yes mind my own business.

Project idea!

Today I am taking the above painting, and I am going to redo it. Sometimes you paint and you feel like, where did my confidence go. Save a few of those paintings and one day you can change them. You can embrace the flow of your work. Your strength comes from the process. Your actual making of the art is the art.
