Have you been to a flower garden? There is so much wisdom, peace, and calmness in a garden.

Today I sat in the sun, wearing my hat and in my view was a tree filled with pink flowers. That tree has been there but today, I had nothing to do but sit, watch the breeze, feel the sun, and listen to the children play.

That tree is there whenever I walk the hallway or have lunch at a nearby table. It wasn’t until today that I truly noticed its beauty and how important it is to notice.

I want to share a Word art poster I wrote a few days ago. I truly enjoy the gardens I’ve been to. There are no screens, except the short videos I record for Pinterest. There is no bell that lunch is over, a place I need to be, or a to-do list. All there is, is color and big, beautiful roses. Sometimes my mind is busy and then I see one pink rose. All it takes is one rose, and I’ve got equilibrium.
