Last Sunday’s post was about making a list. This week I am writing about the color of the year, which is apricot crush. During the week I blogged about the gift of art, orange roses, abundance, and playtime with ornaments. The biggest lesson I can write about for this week is to be yourself. Abundance has everything to do with being who you are and self-expression.

Apricots remind me of childhood. We ate them a lot. Apricot is peach and peach is made with happy yellow and cheerful orange. I’m looking up the meaning of apricot crush. Here are a few of the words that are used to define apricot crush.

The words are energetic, optimistic, positive, spiritual, refreshing, peace and hope. Oh my! It’s everything that art and nature make me feel.

So today I am saying believe you can and you will. Do what gives you peace. It so happens that apricot crush is a color for me. Paint with apricot crush I shall. I love pink, teal and blue. To be a better artist is to simply be. Then comes the confidence and that is abundance!

Being brave enough in a noisy world to express who you are is a form of bravery.
