Here I am, thinking over my week and wondering what to write. I forgot to paint the white space in the center. Oh, that reminds me of how I will move forward with my art.

I published Wild About You and that means a new project. My new project is painting flowers from around the world. I started a Pinterest board. Tulips of The Netherlands is a must.

I have all my paint in a suitcase type of box. I have been enjoying opening my box and choosing colors that will work together. It feels like treasure every time! I have been enjoying the flower cake color schemes. The color scheme of Anthropologie ceramics and clothes is fresh on my mind too.

Creatively Hue has been my name for a while. I am not sure if Creatively Hue does enough to express who I am, what I paint and, how I paint. I’m thinking of a new name for a new year?

I really enjoy using a flat brush to paint soft strokes so there is texture. It gets even better when I blend colors like magenta and pale pink.

Moving forward let me pay attention to the ideas that keep me going and keep me blooming.
