Oh did this flower arrangement get awkward! There was a moment when I thought, rip it out and throw it away. Seriously, I thought about starting over. That’s when I kept working. The colors were wrong but perfect to blend and layer. And I was like hello. I am using acrylic paint. The beauty of working with acrylic paint is you can layer it. I kept working. The more I worked the less I thought. I painted! I painted the way flowers make me feel. It was beautiful!

Today I painted flowers with a 2nd grade class. Our flowers were inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe. Wait till you see the textures and colors. Yes, I will be filming it tomorrow. Oh, I can reference this project for my be a better artist post. Done!
