I’m about done with the painting class. Did I need to buy a class? Probably not. Suzanne Allard is an amazing artist. I am too. That’s the point. What I’ve learned is that you have to show up in your work. You have to let the child in you explore and be amazed at every outcome. By outcome, I mean scribble with a blue Neocolor. Then paint yellow over the blue scribbles. Or do the opposite.

All I want to do is paint flowers forever. Can I do that? Yes! Why not. My why attitude reminds me of sitting among all of my wild-for-you flowers. Yes! I’m wild about nature. Nature is wild about me. My dedication page will read What can I say except nature and I have wonderful conversations. And just like that, I have a name for my book.

I’m going to continue with the rest of my peaceful day and get lunch.
