There’s a few more details to be painted. I’ll paint a light blue background and add spots of blue to make the orange tones pop. I already have! Picking up yellow and then tapping the brush into a red helps blend beautiful oranges. I’ve been seeing a lot of roses like this. Today out of nowhere I started mixing color on the flowers instead of the palette. Once I added the blue I thought maybe I’m done. I scanned it to see how the colors look. What do I notice? The Neocolor sketch lines are visible. That’s ok. At least now I know oart of why the flowers didn’t feel quite finished. Then I noticed that another painiting needs more love too. Again that is ok. I’ll work on that tomorrow. Tomorrow’s another day!
